Ingredients
- Boxed Lemon Cake Mix
- 3.4 oz box of Lemon Pudding mix
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
Cream Cheese Frosting
- (1) 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, combine lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix.
- Add in eggs, milk, oil, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Pour cake batter into lightly greased Bundt pan.
- Bake cake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to completely cool before frosting.
- Mix room temperature butter and cool cream cheese on high until combined and light and fluffy
- Add in vanilla and powder sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until combined.
- Spread evenly on your cooled Lemon Bundt cake or pipe it on as pictured. Enjoy!
