- I enjoy making these cookies as large cookies! They turn out great and look like large bakery-style cookies. You can do this with a large cookie scoop or stack two smaller scoops on top of each other.
- Dip the top of your dough balls in sprinkles for an extra colorful and fun final result!
- Don’t overbake these! Pull them out when the edges just turn golden. They will continue to bake a little as they cool on the cookie sheet. This will result in the perfect soft, chewy cookies!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg, plus 1 yolk
- 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus some extra to dip your cookies in
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- With an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until it is light and fluffy
- Add in eggs and extract, mix until combined
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients
- Add dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture. Fold until just combined
- Add in sprinkled and white chocolate chips. Fold them into the dough until evenly dispersed.
- You can make these cookies any size, but they work really well as a larger cookie! Either use a large cookie scoop, or stack two smaller scoops on top of each other. Dip the top of the cookie in some extra sprinkles before baking for an extra colorful result!
- Bake large cookies 9-11 minutes. Bake time will depend on altitude and oven, but cookies should be lightly golden on the edges when they’re done. The middle of the cookie will still look doughy, but will continue to bake as it cools on the baking sheet.
- Top cookies with a few extra white chocolate chips right after you take the cookies our of the oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet 5-10 minutes.
